All Contestants will compete in the Preliminary Active Wear (TEEN) or Preliminary Swimsuit (MISS) and Preliminary Evening Gown Competitions and will be featured in an Opening Fashion Runway Introduction.

All Contestants will be featured in an Opening Fashion Runway Introduction. Contestants with the highest composite scores from the Preliminary Interview, Active Wear (TEEN) or Swimsuit (MISS), and Evening Gown Competitions will be announced as Semi-Finalists and compete in the Semi-Final Active Wear (TEEN) or Swimsuit (MISS) and Semi-Final Gown Competitions narrowing the field to a Top 5 TEEN and Top 5 MISS. After the Top 5 On Stage Interviews, we will say farewell to our reigning titleholders, present some special awards, and crown Miss Missouri Teen USA 2023 and Miss Missouri USA 2023.
